I cannot speak highly enough of All Points North's addiction course. This program has been nothing short of life-changing for me. Great experience with this hospital

Emily was amazing! Every time we spoke over video call it was like I’ve known for ages and could openly tell her my problems etc. she made me feel so relaxed and calm about my situation!

This is the second time I’ve had the same experience. I gave my prescription to the lady over the counter. She passed it on the people at the back and then I just waited and waited. Nobody gave me any indication on whether you had all the prescriptions and how long I’ll need to wait. More communication (than zero) would make this whole experience a 5. So simple.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Held Health has been excellent in providing an autism assessment and therapy after my diagnosis. I was very impressed by the efficiency and organisation of the admin team so I was never in doubt when it came to when my appointments were. They answered any questions that I had quickly with great care and consideration.
