Absolutely amazing from bed side manner to him having understanding I was very nervous when having treatment Nikhil spoke to me reassured me explained every step of the way about what he was doing next. Nikhil has given me my life back, he listened to my concerns, before him I felt this was my life struggling to walk, falling on so many consultants deaf ears. Due to Nikhils expertese & precise professional knowledge I couldn't wish for more, yes this is ongoing but at least in-between treatments I can actually walk with little pain I have full confidence & trust in Nikhil. Excellent treatment. Mr Pillai was very professional and courteous. He communicated everything I needed to make an informed decision about treatment, and then carried it out to a very high standard. His administrative procedures were very quick and helpful in getting everything I needed for my insurance provider. It is clear Mr Pillai takes great pride in his work and is absolutely invested in his patients' positive outcomes.

Such a relaxed easy going man, approachable and highly respected by all of his team. The theatre experience was great - music and light hearted banter which was perfect for taking my mind off the operation.
