The overall experience at Manchester Spire was excellent. The team run a very punctual service and on both visits here so far, I have been seen on time on the first occasion and ahead of time on the second. The online and telephone procedures for booking, confirming and updating appointments worked very smoothly and with minimal delays. My overall impression of the hospital throughout was one of calm, efficiency and professionalism. The reception staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Likewise the nursing and support staff I met could not have been more supportive and friendly - and sympathetic when required in the few anxious moments.
