I have known Prof Silber for 10 years and recently visited him at Blackheath Hospital. Once again, I was impressed with the level of care and expertise I received. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. During my consultation, Prof Silber took the time to listen to all of my concerns and symptoms without rushing. It was evident that he genuinely cared. When a glitch in the hospital system canceled my follow-up appointment, he made time and 'squeezed' me into his busy schedule. In addition to his medical expertise, he possesses a warm and empathetic demeanor that truly makes a difference. I highly recommend Prof Silber to anyone in need of neurological care.

Giulia is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She is an expert in her field. And a very warm individual. Osteopathy treatment brought me an immense relief. My shoulders, neck and hips were very tight and I had a lot of tension accumulated over the years. The discomfort was pinpointed by Giulia. The relief was immediate, it felt absolutely wonderful. Professional, Dedicated & Knowledgable I have been having treatment at Optimal Spine & Sport Dimensions for several weeks for an injured lower back. Firas has been my specialist throughout my treatment, and I have felt and seen a significant improvement since seeing him. Faris is exceptionally knowledgeable about his field of work and professional and detailed in his treatments. Since being treated by Faris, I have gained much more mobility, and he has significantly reduced the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend him for spinal and mobility issues as his work is fantastic, his results are impressive, and his approach is tailored to your specific needs.
