I am very grateful for his help and all went as planned. I have recovered sooner than I expected and am back at work.

From our first consultation with Professor Kotecha we instantly felt a sigh of relief. That we was finally being listened to on our daughters ongoing problems. From that first consultation we knew our daughter was in safe hands. He was absolutely great with her and she especially enjoyed his magic tricks! The operation went very well and she’s had a very smooth recovery. It’s been 2 weeks since my daughter’s surgery, we have noticed a significant improvement that we will be forever grateful for. All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.
