I am very grateful to Mr Jonathan Hughes . He is outstanding .Thanks to his clinical expertise I was able to avoid surgery , he made sure my condition was thoroughly investigated before making any decisions. He made me feel very much at ease at our consultations which enabled me to express my concerns freely. As a nurse/ midwife myself I have very high expectations . From our first consultation with Professor Kotecha we instantly felt a sigh of relief. That we was finally being listened to on our daughters ongoing problems. From that first consultation we knew our daughter was in safe hands. He was absolutely great with her and she especially enjoyed his magic tricks! The operation went very well and she’s had a very smooth recovery. It’s been 2 weeks since my daughter’s surgery, we have noticed a significant improvement that we will be forever grateful for. Thank you again Professor Kotecha. You have been truly amazing!

All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.

very informative and understanding of the situation

From the start Professor Malik was professional and knowledgeable. Any questions I had leading up to and after the surgery were answered. On the day of surgery Professor Malik met with me to explain the process before I went in. Surgery was a success and the follow up appointment went smoothly. Excellent surgeon.

My experience as a patient of Mr. Arora was excellent, he was very attentive and explained exactly what I should expect during and post operation. He stayed involved throughout my recovery and was always there to offer advice to the team and support for me.
