Hospital was very clean and staff were very efficient and welcoming throughout my stay, my one suggestion would be to allow patients to arrive closer to their procedure time when having local anesthetic, as there are only a small amount of checks needed prior therefor a lot of waiting around.

Every thing was excellent

From start to finish Nottingham Spires was efficient. Every member of staff I spoke to were friendly, put you at ease and proficient in their role. The building was clean, the food was lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

Was able to book an appointment with my preferred consultant with ease.

Overal friendly greeting by staff. Wait was slightly longer than anticipated, but staff were attentive throughout.

I've had a few surgeries at the hospital and both times had to stay overnight. The service was absolutely fantastic.

The large majority of the nurses were kind and caring. Most of the nurses seemed confident and competent. The facilities are good. Unfortunately the tap in the bathroom did not work but there was a sink in the bedroom. The response time of the nurses to coming when pressing the call button was very very good.
