I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

Mr Culpan is brilliant, from the moment we stepped into his office he put us as ease with his experience and expertise in his field. the attention to details to make sure I was ready for my surgery was 2nd to none and there was no stone unturned to ensure i had the best experience possible whilst taking care of his personal health and wellbeing. From the first consultation to the surgery through to the follow up has been outstanding.

Mr Sullivan went above and beyond what was expected - he really cares for his patients and the hip joint revision was performed superbly with my recovery rapid and almost pain free. Mr Sullivan has monitored my progress thoroughly and explained everything in detail - including the healing process.

A very approachable and reassuring consultant who did an excellent job on my revisionist hip replacement.

The initial meeting with Mr Aujia was informative & reassuring. The operation & recovery has been as I would have hoped.Excellent. I, at present, am still exercising to get back to as normal as possible, & am very happy I will. I cannot explain how happy I am with the whole experience.

Mr Mohan explained my knee replacement every step of the way. I have a neat and tidy scar which I’m obviously very happy about. I had a 9 month check up last week and he explained why I was still experiencing pain. Questions went out of my head and I rang to speak with him again. I had a telephone appointment the same day where I put my questions to him. He answered fully and clearly and wishes to see me in 6-9months if things don’t improve!!! Trust me to have a very fine delicate knee cap which apparently is the problem. Thank you Mr Mohan for everything you’ve done. SJ
