I approached KT with long running issues regarding my hip. Having seen a different Physio, I wanted a second opinion as I didn't seem to be getting anywhere closer to an answer OR relief. Being a fitness Instructor and exercising being a strong pillar in my lifestyle, this injury had completely knocked me and had taken away even the basics of being able to walk more than 100metres. KT stepped in completely understanding the mental side of an injury aswell as a thorough physical assessment.
