The location was well maintained and staffed by friendly and courteous individuals. Was well looked after.

Sending a car to take me to and from my appointment was amazing as I live 1.5 hours drive from the treatment centre. This takes a great deal of pressure this takes off my spouse at a difficult time. Everyone was friendly and efficient and I didn't have to wait at any stage. The centre is quiet and calm with excellent facilities.

In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Hoare exudes a genuine sense of empathy and professionalism. His warm demeanor made me feel comfortable discussing my issues, a quality that is invaluable. Further & most importantly for me, Mr Hoare was able to ease my anxiety related to my esophagitis/LPR and provide a pragmatic treatment approach.
