Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and pleasant surroundings. Short wait times.

Sending a car to take me to and from my appointment was amazing as I live 1.5 hours drive from the treatment centre. This takes a great deal of pressure this takes off my spouse at a difficult time. Everyone was friendly and efficient and I didn't have to wait at any stage. The centre is quiet and calm with excellent facilities.

The location was well maintained and staffed by friendly and courteous individuals. Was well looked after.

Further & most importantly for me, Mr Hoare was able to ease my anxiety related to my esophagitis/LPR and provide a pragmatic treatment approach. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Jonathan Hoare to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring gastroenterologist, particularly if you experience health related anxiety.
