Happy with my visit. No concerns to express.

I have been having regular appointments at Barts and the experience had been wonderful. The staff are polite and engage well which is comforting. The consultant has been brilliant, taking issues seriously and I feel like I am been provided with the best care.

I was very scared, but the good treatment of the nurses from the medical team helped me overcome this fear.

Overall a very good experience but I was told to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before my appointment and the reception booth closed at 5! My appointment was at 5:20 and we had to bang on the door to attract someone’s attention. Staff manning the main reception were not particularly helpful

The level of care at Spire Bushey was excellent. Attending for a day procedure with a general anesthetic, from my arrival to when I left, everyone especially the nurses and those in recovery, were attentive, kind, efficient and professional. Thank you.
