Throughout our sessions, I felt truly heard and supported. Dr. Mehat used a variety of techniques that were incredibly helpful. After EMDR sessions I noticed a significant improvement in managing anxiety, coping with stress, building self-esteem].. If you're looking for a psychologist who is not only knowledgeable but also kind and empathetic, I highly recommended Dr Mehat . Her approach truly helps people move forward and make positive changes in their lives.

Pippa is the best acupuncturist I’ve seen in 20+ years! I have relied on acupuncture for autoimmune issues, fertility treatment, anxiety, sleep and neck and back pain since I was in my twenties and Pippa has taken the treatment to a new level of healing for me. What used to take multiple sessions is done in one, but I feel best coming weekly to stay at peak performance. I feel very lucky I found such a thoughtful and smart healthcare provider.

I cannot rate Monica highly enough. I approached Monica due to blood tests which severely put me on the Diabetic spectrum. Monica quickly assessed my condition liaised with my consultants and put a diet, and put together an exercise, which i am amazed, that in a matter of a few weeks has started to reverse my condition whereby my Blood Glucose HBA1C levels are returning to a normal state. Monica is so knowledgeable about my condition and what needed to be done, her explanations and directions were clear and precise. Monica arranged regular meetings to asses if we were on track and making positive progress. Monica thank you so much, I would have no hesitation in recommending you. Well done .
