Excellent all members of staff helpful.

One appointment I had to wait 40 mins - staff shortages. Apart from that appointments were processed promptly

Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.
