I had a consultation with Dr Patel a while back, followed up with him doing an angiogram and then fitting a stent. He is a lovely man, very calm, relaxed and friendly and who gave me every confidence that he would sort out my problem.

Can't speak highly enough of Dr Wells. Even though not a priority case he went out of his way to see me and gets test/scans etc done very swiftly and stent fitted. Very good communication skills and manner which is re-assuring and engenders confidence.

He was very caring and took the time to ask lots of questions and explain things fully to my husband who has early onset Dementia and Parkinsons

Empathetic, and very patient. Answered endless questions thoughtfully , clearly and patiently. Explained procedure well, and his calm demeanour seemed to spread through his team and made the process stress free for me. In his follow up he explained the rational for his decisions which is very helpful going forward .

So far he has been very helpful, I am awaiting tests and a follow up meeting shortly.

Dr Spratt oozed knowledge and understanding leaving myself with no doubt that my issue would be corrected. He picked up fairly quickly how nervous I was and put me at ease.
