Great care and help the whole time

I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

Welcomed into the consulting room asked about my ongoing problems. Received a comprehensive explanation of the perceived problem and the way forward.

Satisfied with the overall exam, treatment and next steps. I finally feel like I have a diagnoses after waiting a year. Thank you
