Mr Gray is clearly very experienced, yet his manner exudes confidence and puts one at ease. He is very approachable and is happy to answer questions and offer reassurance when needed. Having being referred to Dr Kwan, he contacted me promptly and was even able to provide me with a same day video consultation. He was very thorough and took time to understand my issues. He was able to get the relevant tests arranged with a fast turnaround, which was a great relief. Dr Kwan also took time to explain any issues and outcomes from results in a way that was understanble. I felt reassured being treated by Dr Kwan and that I was in safe hands given his expertise in the field. On 19th of March 2024 Professor Vassilis Hadjianastassiou performed a procedure on the veins in my left leg. The results have been amazing! I no longer get any pain and I have started to go on long walks which I love. My leg looks so much better aesthetically which makes such difference to me. He was very approachable and explained everything very clearly beforehand including careful after care instructions. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
