The Vesey hospital is clean, well lit and inviting. The staff was kind and friendly, our only concern was the wait time as we had arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment but the consultant was not made aware until I asked nearly 10 minutes after our appointment time.

Very professional but the whole experience was so much better because all the staff were friendly and caring and my treatment was carried out very efficiently and I was allowed to have my assessment and treatment all in one day which was so important as I wasn't allowed to drive until the treatment had taken place.

Very clean hospital, polite staff, good standard of meals served. I’ve been dealt with without any unnecessary delays.

All my experiences with West Midlands Hospital have been great. The staff are friendly and helpful. There wait times were minimal and the different departments within the hospital work well together. I’m extremely happy to have had my surgery’s with them and would recommend them going forward. Thank you to all staff at the hospital for all you do
