The Vesey hospital is clean, well lit and inviting. The staff was kind and friendly, our only concern was the wait time as we had arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment but the consultant was not made aware until I asked nearly 10 minutes after our appointment time.

The hospital was clean, tidy and the facilities were excellent. Didn't enjoy the check in process and the self check in failed but apart from this it wad overall a good experience

Outstanding customer care from the nurse and receptionist in the waiting area. Both are exceptionally good. Grafton Suite is also an exceptionally good facility with light and clean areas everywhere.

I have nothing but praise for all of the staff at Midland Eye, from the receptionists to the surgeons and their medical assistants. I have regular treatment for macular degeneration-initially from Mr Sivaraj-who also identified the need for and carried out two cataract operations. All appointments were made promptly and I was fully informed about the procedures. These were performed precisely as arranged with excellent aftercare.
