From the very first consultation I was filled with huge confidence that I had the best consultant. Mr Kempshall is a clear communicator and keeps you fully informed of what will happen and what should be expected. I had a half knee operation six weeks ago and next week start road cycling again. I have had little to no post operative pain but did use the physiolab which Mr Kempshall recommends. I cannot speak too highly of my treatment and already I am delighted with the result. Before the operation I was living with considerable knee pain. I believe that my treatment has been absolutely first class and I can only thank Mr Kempshall and his team.

Dr Porter was superb, I attended Opus following a recommendation from a friend and have been blown away by the level of care I have received. I’m so glad I took the plunge to go ahead with the procedure. The admin team, reception staff and the nurses assisting during and later when the stitches were taken out were also kind and reassuring. Mr Malik was brilliant though-out the whole process from pre-op to discharge. His communication was excellent involved me in the decision making respecting my experience and feelings of the process acknowledging how important my sport is to me. I always felt like he was going above and beyond for me which was very reassuring throughout my injury that I was in the best hands. My physiotherapists who work high level athletes commented that this is one of the best Latarjet outcomes they have been involved in. I highly recommend Mr. Malik’s work and have in fact already recommended someone who has suffered a sport related shoulder dislocation to get in touch.

Excellent treatment plan. Never felt like i was being overly prescribed or set false expectations. Progress has been steady and demonstrable. Chris is very approachable and articulate.
