From the Moment I met Prof Patel at our first consultation, I knew I was in excellent hands. Everytime he came to see how I was progressing, still in hospital, post op, he listen intently to how I was feeling, not just physically but mentally as well and showed me so much compassion, love and care, even on Christmas morning the Prof came in to see how I was doing, he didn't need to, when many had finished work for the holiday. Professor Frampton literally saved my mother. He has been so helpful and kind. He took the time to care for her after complications from surgeries he hadn't done himself, to arrange scans on weekends and also to help us (her daughter and son), with phone calls and information after normal business hours. He took over her care from another Professor and we are so grateful he did because he gave us peace of mind and really explained things, which eased our minds from stressing had we not been informed. He was always on the end of the phone when we needed him. We will always be in his debt.

Last autumn, I had my third procedure (over five years) with Miss Pissanou, and in my view, I could be in no better hands. Miss Pissanou is an expert in her field and her bedside manner is exceptional--warm and personable. She also engages you by taking the time to explain her thinking and recommendations. In general, her standards are very high, and she has my complete confidence. She will always be the person to whom I go to first for relevant medical needs, and I will continue to refer others to her.

Me Jambulingam has been amazing. He made me feel at ease on the day of my gallbladder surgery, he explained everything clearly and even helped lead me in the right directions for my gastric sleeve I had 3 years ago. My follow up appointment was quick and officiant. I’ve been discharged and have been told what I will need for any on going treatment. I would recommend Mr Jambulingam to anyone suffering like I was. He has been amazing. He has given me his number and email so I can contact at any time if I have any further concerns. Amazing man! Thank you for giving me my life back!

What a surgical profesional!!! His explanation before during and after was simply the best and his manner upon entering the theatre was warm and calming. You might have to get some airmails in to match this doctor!
