I was referred to Dr Glynne for complex and confusing medical issues. He was the only doctor I have come across who could see the ‘bigger picture’ & connect all the dots to explain and explore my medical issues. He has a lovely calm manner and seems to genuinely care. He explains things clearly and is ready to go explore all avenues to find the cause of your problems. I feel more doctors should be trained by him!

I’ve had a nut allergy all my life but recently had more frequent allergic reactions that included my tongue and throat swelling - without having eaten nuts. I was worried about how to keep safe and what was happening. With a 12-18 month nhs wait I decided to get advice from Dr Bakshi as my life was being seriously restricted. The clinic setting in Nottingham was lovely, appointment was possible within a week and a diagnosis was made. A treatment plan was emailed that day to my GP and prescriptions filled the very next day. The comprehensive allergy blood test was really enlightening. Dr Bakshi is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain what is happening with my allergy and the new issues I’ve been experiencing. As a side note, his blood taking deserves an award…after a painful attempt at blood taking in hospital, I was skeptical of a Dr doing his own bloods - but I literally didn’t even know he had done it. Would 100% recommend Dr Bakshi if your allergy is impacting your life. It’s a complex subject, explained in a straightforward way, which has given me confidence again. Thank you!

I was very keen to see Dr Jenkins after experiencing a period of illness and fatigue that no other doctors were seemingly able to help me any further with. On top of my thyroid condition, I have had had chronic fatigue that wasn’t improving with medication. Dr Jenkins took the time to listen to my full medical history, asking me questions others had not and clearly trying to get to the root of the problem. He was incredibly understanding and sympathetic and made me feel heard and understood. I’ve spent years feeling as though there was nothing that could be done to improve the situation and that I was at times imagining how bad it was due to feedback I was getting. His thorough testing uncovered the cause of the chronic fatigue and we were able to treat it. I am in a far better state of health than I ever have been and feel ‘normal’ in a way I haven’t for many many years. Very grateful to have found Dr Jenkins. His team has also been incredibly helpful and I’m very grateful to Dr Jenkins and his team for everything.

Dr. Brame is the most thorough doctor I've ever been to and among the top 5 I've come across as a health care provider. I call her my life saver. After 2 years of seeing several specialists for a persistent condition, I was not given a diagnosis until I met Dr. Brame. Dr Lavan is an excellent GP. He is one of the first doctors who listened to me and my concerns without dismissing them. He referred me for a scan, he later explained the results clearly and he provided guidance for a follow-up with a specialist. His explanations regarding medical tests were very detailed but easy to understand. Also, I was able to get a same day appointment which is fantastic and the price set at £50 for a phone appointment was also reasonable. Very good experience overall.

Dr Anderson was very kind and compassionate throughout my appointment, she explained everything to me in detail and accommodated me at short notice in to her busy clinic. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I needed help with menopause symptoms and a strange problem with taking vitamin D. I was worried no doctor would take me seriously, but Dr Shilpa put me at ease and talked to me as an equal. We discussed all my issues, made a plan and arranged a follow-up. My health is still not sorted, but I am hopeful that I am on the right track and things can improve.
