I came to Alex after struggling with chronic lower back pain for the last 2 years. He was extremely thorough in his initial assessment and has an amazing manner with patients - he takes the time to explain his thoughts and diagnosis in detail, and was great at helping me understand exactly how specific exercises would improve things. I was also hugely impressed by how aware and open-minded Alex is with regards to more general pain management techniques like breathwork etc. - for me it was essential to see a physio that has such a well-rounded view of holistic health when dealing with something like chronic pain. My symptoms have improved and I've made considerable progress through seeing Alex, for which I am very grateful for. Overall an amazingly knowledgable physio and a very likeable guy!

Jacky was very helpful, kind and had a great attitude about my healing process from an ankle injury from the start! He explained every step of his plan for me and adjusted it to my situation and concerns along the way. I felt in very safe hands from the start, and his empathetic and positive attitude has made dealing with my ankle sprain much easier. Fantastic 5 month service. Alex guided me to recovery from 70% torn labrum right shoulder. Alex found balance between muscle release and activation exercises; building resistance week on week. Alex is personable and communicates ideas clearly. I am an active sportsperson, so can't say I will be injury free forever; if I do need physio, I will be straight back to Alex. Overall, a thoughtful, trusted physio who delivers results.
