Always great service

All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and efficient. One improvement; when I made the first enquiry about attending I was told my details would be passed on and I'd be contacted, but after a few days I'd heard nothing and rang back to be told I was referred but the dept was busy. I should have had some contact before i needed to ring in to set expectations that there would be a delay in response.

Lovely and clean

I felt safe and cared for. I was treated with dignity, kindness and respect. Also I felt the staff support and care. All staff spent time talking with me, explaining procedures. Thank you!

Parking can be difficult but the staff were friendly and wait time was great

Clementine Churchill hospital staff are kind and helpful in my experience. The waiting area is looking a bit tired and drinks facilities could probably do with some updating.
