very good experience, Dr Ratu took time to discuss various options in the treatment of my ongoing shoulder pain, advice on exercises & improving sleep which has been disturbed by the pain.

Very welcoming, made me feel at ease , listened attentively , described the theory of what body parts needed to work together to enable me walk and I didn't feel rushed .by him, he yold me straight away the next process and what form of contact would be made after the test . .

My operation procedure was no different from my admission to my discharge excellent care from her and her team. On my follow up I had further concerns where she talked through my options discussed clearly and sympathetically listened coming to a conclusion which impressed me .the fact that she's listens to her patients is amazing
