I had a great experience with Ranjit, she was very flexible, quick to reply and able to schedule in last minute appointments. I was able to develop many techniques each week suited to what was needed, this was very encouraging. Would like to continue in the future.

Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. Ben is extremely easy to speak to and confide in. He makes the experience very comfortable and safe. He is understanding and has a great way of handling difficult sessions. Experienced and kind

Jeremy is a very patient and kind man. His sessions always started with a choice; carrying on with our plan or addressing whichever issues I was facing at that moment in time. It's very useful to have a structure to sessions. His video calls always started on time and I never felt like an inconvenience. He has really helped me to contextualise my thoughts and feelings over the past few months.

Katharine offered the perfect balance of support and, when necessary, challenge to us and our teen daughter. Our daughter was wary about starting therapy, but Katharine offered a reassuring presence right from the start. It's always tricky thinking about "progress" in therapy, and things never "improve" in a straight line, but our daughter learned tools from Katharine that have made a real difference in how she copes with things.

Matina is very good at giving me ways that reframe my thinking to help get me out of my anxiety funks. Additionally she is very compassionate. Sometimes, therapists can be quite dry l and that makes it difficult to be open about the issues we deal with. I find that her compassionate manner makes me feel ok to be open and honest and not feel foolish for feeling the way I do. Overall I am feeling more equipped at handling anxieties
