I am delighted to have this opportunity to express my respect and appreciation for Dr. Ute von Lerse and her extraordinary professional abilities as a first class clinician. She has been instrumental in my being able return from a deep and dark place into which I plunged four years ago. She has been my inspiration and my salvation as we worked so hard together on the most demanding, yet most satisfying, journey of my long life. Her sagacity and understanding has enabled me to not only regain myself but also to grow as a person and achieve a normality and an enjoyment and understanding of life which I had never considered possible.. Thank you Dr. Ute. I shall remain indebted and grateful to your skill and understanding for the rest of my life. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who is willing to work hard to regain their mental health and to grow for the benefit ,not only of themselves, but those who love them to benefit as well.

Dr Lavan is an excellent GP. He is one of the first doctors who listened to me and my concerns without dismissing them. He referred me for a scan, he later explained the results clearly and he provided guidance for a follow-up with a specialist. His explanations regarding medical tests were very detailed but easy to understand. Also, I was able to get a same day appointment which is fantastic and the price set at £50 for a phone appointment was also reasonable. Very good experience overall.

Dr Ruth Whitby impressed me with her enthusiasm when I first got introduced to her. She has always been thorough in examining me, takes time to explain my health status and test results and what recommendations see's making to make me well. My wife and I are very comfortable with her and are free in discussing our health issues with her without feeling any form of ill treatment. She obviously has good experience in dealing with multi cultural and multi racial persons.

She cares a lot about her patients

We as a family feel so blessed to have Dr Amber who helped our child and family as a whole through struggles. It is so reassuring to know that we can reach out to this amazing doctor who is so compassionate, providing the right advice, guidance and reassurance. Her commitment and compassion is evident in her approach to young people and how she makes you feel at ease. I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of support out there . Thank you Dr Amber for everything that you are doing as without your support I don’t know how we would cope or deal with our personal struggles.

Prof Bloomfield was the nicest doctor I've met and allowed me to ask all my questions and make the best use of the time possible. I think he may have gone slightly over the time limit which is very much appreciated to make sure our appointment went well and we were set up for the next steps. Furthermore, I really appreciate his empathy and validation in caring not only about my condition, but treating myself as a person and reassuring my family. It goes without saying he is at the top of his field in both research and clinical experience and that provides a great level of reassurance and admiration when speaking too him. I look forward to seeing him again.

Great - empathetic and gave a good explanation into CBT

Dr. Guy Ratu was very supportive and helpful throughout my appointment and I was grateful for the time and care he took to understand the situation. He was empathetic and knowledgeable.

Had confidence in Dr. Plaut straight away. He put me at ease, listened to me, examined me thoroughly and explained what he intended to do clearly. I would not hesitate to see him again should I need to.

Dr Jeczmien was great in his approach to discussing my issues and diagnosis of ADHD and helping me understand.
