I visited him for severe lower back pain, I was seen after one day and within one week I had an MRI scan done, reviewed, and a diagnosis. I appreciated the empathy and the thorough explanations which reassured me as a patient, generated understanding of my next steps, set my recovery expectations, and clarified what I have to do to get there. A special thanks to Mr Sadek super efficient and polite assistant Maryam who behind the scenes managed the process so that is was swift and as easy as possible for me.
