I can finally breathe again. My surgical procedure was a complex one, but thanks to Dr Hassan and the surgery he performed, it was successful. On the day, before the surgery, Dr Hassan was available to answer my questions, he explained the procedure clearly and what I should expect. He is a kind and approachable surgeon.

A brilliant, kind and committed doctor im so relieved I found! I met with Dr Alam Hannan after suffering over two months with a tinnitus spike that I found really challenging. From the moment we spoke I felt really listened to, and he went to great care to map out my personal story, which I found really comforting, and set out a solution. When I visited Alam in person he was very kind to me. Clearly passionate about his work, he quickly and correctly identified what was the root of the problem and then went about very clearly explaining to me a recovery plan. I felt an improvement early on and over the next few weeks my symptoms got so much better. I’d recovered by the time we had our follow up weeks later but he’s made sure that I can reach out to him should any symptoms return. As I said, very happy to have been treated by Dr Alam Hannan.

We came in for a tonsillectomy with dr Elmiyeh and his manner is very welcoming and professional and he explains in great detail for both me and my daughter who had the operation. His surgery is extremely thorough and was great

Mr Whittaker was very clear in explaining both the process of treatment as well as the diagnosis of my ear problem. I felt he listened well and allowed me plenty of time to ask all my questions so I didn't feel rushed. I was nervous and tense when initially attending the hospital appointment and he put me at ease, calmly and compassionately. I found him to be both approachable and professional.

Mr Joseph was very friendly and explained the situation well and treatment needed, and what the next steps should be if this course of treatment is not effective.

I was so lucky to meet Mr Awad for my procedure. I felt totally confident that I would successfully get through a quite difficult episode in my life. Mr Awad was always caring and kind and patiently answered all my questions: his explanations were completely borne out by how things progressed. The nursing/speech/nutrition team at Charing Cross Hospital were also excellent.

Overall my experience was excellent
