Danny is an absolutely phenomenal nutritionist and trainer! I’ve worked with Danny for a few years now and have been astonished with my progress. I came to Danny with an inactive and unhealthy lifestyle and the desire to change. I lost around 15kg and hit personal milestones like completing my first half marathon and being able to execute 6 unassisted pull-ups. He is an incredibly patient, knowledgeable and friendly coach who can help you achieve your fitness goals.

Dr O’Connell is a class act. Calm, supportive, empathetic and super-professional. When your brain is scrambled, she explains things in a user-friendly manner that gives you clear guidance on what you need to do. Her response times are also excellent which is so important. Highly recommend.
