From the very first consultation I was filled with huge confidence that I had the best consultant. Mr Kempshall is a clear communicator and keeps you fully informed of what will happen and what should be expected. I had a half knee operation six weeks ago and next week start road cycling again. I have had little to no post operative pain but did use the physiolab which Mr Kempshall recommends. I cannot speak too highly of my treatment and already I am delighted with the result. Before the operation I was living with considerable knee pain. I believe that my treatment has been absolutely first class and I can only thank Mr Kempshall and his team.

I was fortunate to be under the care of Mr Ahmad after a femoral nailing procedure. On my follow up appointments he has been empathetic and informative about what I could expect during recovery. He has encouraged me to attempt further exercise to improve my mobility, which now means that some of the arthritic pain I also experienced has also improved and I have a much higher level of mobility than expected. Mr Ahmad always put me at my ease with his friendly manner which I appreciated, especially in the early stages of recovery.

Mr Stott came highly recommended as one of the best orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in hip problems. I attended the consultation with my son and was most impressed by Mr Stott's knowledge, clinical assessment, diagnosis and communication skills. Despite being a busy surgeon he arranged to see my son within 24 hours and his excellent bedside manner and professionalism provided much reassurance. We are fortunate to have such an excellent surgeon in Sussex.

Mr mohan has replaced both my knees and they are perfect.he is a very well mannered gentleman and a very top surgeon

Mr Sullivan went above and beyond what was expected - he really cares for his patients and the hip joint revision was performed superbly with my recovery rapid and almost pain free. Mr Sullivan has monitored my progress thoroughly and explained everything in detail - including the healing process.
