Really impressed with Tom Ulset - super friendly and very data driven with clear goals and progression pathway. Weekly sessions kept me accountable and I received a level of care/performance plan beyond any previous physio experience I have had.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

Efficient and insightful. My concern was that I would be encouraged to have surgery but I was rightly recommended to try physio first.

I saw Dr Carla for multiple appointments. She was very thorough, listened and made swift recommendations. I had a health screening, full body MRI and allergy testing which was a great way to know my body better. Very happy and never had any wait time!

The facilities are excellent and well equipped and the attention is great. I would definitely recommend Cleveland Clinic London.
