Dr Debi was patient and kind. Really made my son feel at ease. I found her knowledgeable and very experienced and also extremely reassuring. It was the first time I went to a doctor and felt very much at ease.

I’ve had a nut allergy all my life but recently had more frequent allergic reactions that included my tongue and throat swelling - without having eaten nuts. I was worried about how to keep safe and what was happening. With a 12-18 month nhs wait I decided to get advice from Dr Bakshi as my life was being seriously restricted. The clinic setting in Nottingham was lovely, appointment was possible within a week and a diagnosis was made. A treatment plan was emailed that day to my GP and prescriptions filled the very next day. The comprehensive allergy blood test was really enlightening. Dr Bakshi is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain what is happening with my allergy and the new issues I’ve been experiencing. As a side note, his blood taking deserves an award…after a painful attempt at blood taking in hospital, I was skeptical of a Dr doing his own bloods - but I literally didn’t even know he had done it. Would 100% recommend Dr Bakshi if your allergy is impacting your life. It’s a complex subject, explained in a straightforward way, which has given me confidence again. Thank you!

We see Dr. Sood originally because we thought our sons problem could be allergy related, so he had skin prick test. Dr. Sood listened to our other concerns about our son and found the cause pretty much straight away, after months of going backwards and forwards to our GP. He fully explained every aspect of our son’s care and what to expect going forward. I had some issues with my gp practice with some of what Dr. Sood advised, but I emailed Dr. sood and he responded pretty quickly and helped resolve the issues. Would definitely recommend Dr. Sood and if in the future I had any concerns I would definitely see Dr. Sood again.

Our welcome with the nurse was very warming and we saw the doctor promptly and are more than happy with the service received. We feel very lucky that the treatment has worked effectively and the peace of mind to know my son can return should he need the well explained immunotherapy is comforting, especially when his exams could be affected with his condition.
