I went to IPM following a word and mouth recommendation. I have found the staff to be friendly, professional and very committed to delivering satisfaction. My only disappointment is that, as a self-funding client, the initial assessment significantly underestimated the treatment sessions that would be required which has had a major impact upon budgeting and has become a sizeable, unplanned financial commitment.

Always friendly and accommodating. Easy to book online and easy to speak to over the phone as well. They have a lot of specialties which makes it very convenient. Overall they have very good specialists.

I can only recommend Marco to anyone. He is very professional in his treatment and his assessment. He has been very informative and explained everything in a very detailed manner.

The Portland Hospital gave me a first-class experience as a patient. My surgeon was exceptional, as was the anaesthetist. The care immediately pre- and post- op was the best possible. The nurses were wonderful: friendly, expert and highly attentive while also allowing some privacy as required. They could not have given me better care in any way. The hospital itself was a remarkably pleasant environment - my room and the whole ward was calm, well-designed and spotless. The food was very good indeed and the ambience was everything I had hoped for. I felt I was in the best possible place and my surgery there has had an excellent outcome.

I clearly understood, from the site, that I would require an assessment first. Off the back of this, Emma concluded I would need three follow up appointments to help ease the pain in my back. I remember on my third appointment the feeling of the pain leaving my body. The sense of relief, not just physically but also psychologically was immense. I am thankful to say the back pain has stayed away and reinvigorated my personal and professional life.
