Wonderful staff and a lovely, clean, calm hospital. We feel very fortunate to have been able to use The Spire Nottingham for my little boy’s treatment. Our consultant and all of the nursing & receptions teams were fantastic.

All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and efficient. One improvement; when I made the first enquiry about attending I was told my details would be passed on and I'd be contacted, but after a few days I'd heard nothing and rang back to be told I was referred but the dept was busy. I should have had some contact before i needed to ring in to set expectations that there would be a delay in response.

I always find the staff at The Manor friendly and helpful. Wait times are minimal and it has a calming atmosphere. Parking is always an absolute nightmare and something needs to be done about it. It causes unnecessary anxiety.

The whole end to end service was excellent, very helpful and friendly staff, the procedure went smoothly and was explained, the hospital has excellent facilities and the food is first class.
