Mr Duffy was so good at explaining everything that I needed to know about my knee condition. He listened to everything that I was experiencing with my knee condition and had a lovely caring manner.

As good as the procedure I had could be. After going for the surgery there was more work needed than intended this was very kindly carried out in the same surgery. The explanation of the surgery before hand was brilliant very clear and the after care was also brilliant couldn’t thank you enough. This is my second knee op with the same surgeon and both have been equally as pleasant. Thank you

Mr Agarwal explained all the options available to me with regard to my painful hip joint and helped me make a rational choice. The injection was done with great skill and helped my condition enormously. I had some queries regarding the after care and Mr Agarwal brought forward my 2 month review and was able to allay any concerns I had. All in all, a very positive experience.

By using minimally-invasive surgery, my hip operation (carried out by Mr Jaiswal) allowed me to get my mobility back in days rather than weeks. As a result of his calm and re-assuring manner, I had no anxiety over the operation. His advice on rehabilitation with the physios allowed me to cope confidently with life back home. I have nothing but praise for Mr Platt, he is an incredible surgeon. My knee pain appeared to come on quickly and I had no idea why. Mr Platt was quickly able to identify the problem and suggest a course of action, which included a half knee replacement, something I had not even heard off before let alone considered, Through all my appointments he made me feel at ease, free to ask questions and raise any worries that I had. He happily answered my endless questions and ensured that I had all the information needed to make an informed decision on what the best course of action was. The surgery and recovery went well, with no problems for which I will be eternally grateful. Mr Platt is approachable, down to earth and has a great sense of humour. I would highly recommend him.
