Dr Singh saw me at short notice and was considerate, well-informed and sympathetic. He provided plenty of time to allow me to give a full history and his diagnosis and subsequent treatment options were clear and well considered.

I was so pleased to see Dr Malaiya as she treated me when I was very ill over five years ago, and she was welcoming and spent time answering my queries, and concerns. she took notes and explained that she was writing to my GP asking if my medication could be reviewed and alternatives could be found as some of the drugs could possibly weaken my bones if taken for too long. I felt confident that I was with an expert.

Brilliant care from the beginning until discharge. Mr Giuliani performed a triple hernia repair on our baby boy. The entire process from consultation to booking in for surgery was excellent. His expertise and compassion is great. We are so lucky to have had him look after our little boy.

I went to see Dr Hull for a review of sero-negative arthritis after an acute flare up. She was thorough and took time to listen to my concerns. All the test results were explained as well as treatment options. Dr Hull respected my choices about treatment and provided options to suit my needs. Highly recommend

I had an appointment with Dr. Israel Al-Shakarchi, a consultant rheumatologist, for a follow-up regarding my condition. During the consultation, she thoroughly reviewed my test results with her colleagues and referred me to them. I appreciated that she treated me with empathy and consideration, making me feel validated as an individual rather than just a number. It is reassuring to see a doctor who genuinely cares about her patient's well-being.

Dr Sanyal was thorough, understanding, knowledgeable and considerate. He is obviously renowned and in demand as each time I've been to see him, I've had to wait over an hour but it was worth it. Thank you.

Suspected BCC. Was told there was something there, examined further, sat and wrote notes before then assuring me it wasn’t a BCC - felt this should have been communicated as soon excluded. Offered 3 options - all which left scars - none of which involved leaving it. Was told I just needed to make a decision and felt pressured to make a decision there and then even though I still don’t quite understand the point of treating it if it’s superficial. Was then told that unless treated they couldn’t be 100% sure.
