At all stages of the process Mr Pakti was reassuring and clear in his communications, whist always being open and honest about the procedure and the risks involved. I was made to feel relaxed and was happy to have Mr Pakti as my consultant.

I was in Great pain and worried about whether I would get full function of my shoulder. It really helped that I was able to get an explanation of the X-rays and scans and the right exercises to get me back to being able to complete my daily tasks.

Always felt confident I was in the safe hands of a consultant knee surgeon with extensive experience of knee replacement surgery. Personable and happy to spend time, pre and post operatively, giving clear explanations and answers to questions which was reassuring.

I found Professor Irving to be approachable and very kind. He created a calm and welcoming ambience. Easy to talk to, he took time to answer all my questions in a straightforward manner. I didn't feel rushed at all. What a delight to have found this individual. Within an hour h completely restored my faith in the medical world! I would highly recommended.
