My experience at the hospital was good, the commute to the hospital was easy, the staff were nice to me and provided helpful explanations.

My experience overall was really positive, the groups & the one-to-one sessions were really helpful. I also felt H&I coming in to carry the message was extremely supportive for ongoing support when I left. I felt the timetable was good & had a few other extra bits like yoga, reiki & gong. Swimming & the gym was also offered but unfortunately didn’t happen. I would recommend treatment here for anyone seeking recovery and needing to detox but I think on-going support in the rooms of a 12 step fellowship is imperative for continued sobriety. Thank you being my spring board into recovery, I will be forever grateful!

Relaxed, informative, friendly, kind, have nothing to compare it to but my daughter felt very relaxed during the online meetings and felt the advise she was given was very helpful

Very prompt replies from the staff. They were very patient and helpful throughout the process.

Nowhere to park, not the friendliest of welcomes, left waiting in reception - was worried I was on the wrong floor but sign said to wait - luckily was waiting in the right place.
