It's been a really interesting experience working on myself with Eleanor. I have only had an initial 5 sessions and I am now taking some time to work on things solo before having a second batch of sessions in the coming months. I found the sessions to be informative, supportive and productive in the early steps of my treatment. I would therefore definitely recommend Eleanor for CBT based therapy which in my case was for skin issues.

Dr. Badawi is world-class. She helped me during an extremely difficult time in my life. Her attentiveness was incredibly empowering. I’m grateful to have found her when I needed her the most.
