Giulia is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She is an expert in her field. And a very warm individual. Osteopathy treatment brought me an immense relief. My shoulders, neck and hips were very tight and I had a lot of tension accumulated over the years. The discomfort was pinpointed by Giulia. The relief was immediate, it felt absolutely wonderful. It took a few sessions of osteopathy and associated remedial massage, to feel the full transformation. It promoted better posture and better sleep. I would highly recommend Giulia to everyone. I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

Excellent experience. Mr Scarci is fantastic sergeant very skilful and trustworthy.
