Very clean hospital, well organised

I have been to Spire Bushey Hospital on several occasions and until now all I can say is that I am happy with the way I am treated.

Clean and on time

I was looked after at the RNOH when I was undergoing major spinal surgery, March 2024. The staff there were amazing, from when we arrived a day early, they still accommodated for us, to just coming in and checking up on me regularly. They are all really friendly and will come and help you quickly if you need something. The hospital itself is in a really nice area, surrounded by lots of trees and the countryside, so a very nice place to look out of from your window in your room, or when you are having a walk around. The garden was lovely too, it allowed a chance to be able just to have a short walk outside without having to go too far away from your room. The food was good, compared to lots of other hospital catering, and there were always snacks and drinks by your bed if you every get hungry. Overall, it is a really good hospital!

KInd reception at entrance and friendly asistance at waiting area.

Very clean and friendly. Unfortunately I sustained an injury to my foot and there was a mix up with medication. Surgeon and anaesthetist were amazing.

I was in the best place at the right time !

Beautiful presented hospital staff extremely friendly my appointment time was prompt.
