I came to Alex after struggling with chronic lower back pain for the last 2 years. He was extremely thorough in his initial assessment and has an amazing manner with patients - he takes the time to explain his thoughts and diagnosis in detail, and was great at helping me understand exactly how specific exercises would improve things. I was also hugely impressed by how aware and open-minded Alex is with regards to more general pain management techniques like breathwork etc. - for me it was essential to see a physio that has such a well-rounded view of holistic health when dealing with something like chronic pain. Really great experience with Dr. Bav today at his Marylebone clinic. I was seen for a chronic cervical spine issue and i felt all my concerns were listened to during the appointment, he was great at explaining what was happening during the examination and treatment and i left feeling better straight away and Looking forward to the follow ups to continue with the improvements.
