Pleasant experience and helpful staff

I paid in the region of £10,000 for an overnight stay. I found the level of care unsatisfactory. The noise on the corridor overnight was ridiculous and no-one seemed to be aware that after my procedure I would not be able to chew or open my mouth very much. Despite this I was still brought a variety of food that I was unable to eat and I had to ask for a cup that I could sip out of. I was made to feel like I was being precious by asking for help. I would not stay at this hospital again.

I can't praise Highfield enough, I am very happy with all of my treatment, from the reception staff and the physios. For the last 2 years I have really suffered with my knee. Its brilliant now and I can enjoy a good quality of life.
