On the whole, a lovely consultant. The reason for the 4 stars was a very slight language barrier, and also explanation of surgery in recovery when still groggy from anaesthetic. Not his fault, just time restraints. Happy for him to perform surgery in the future, if needed?

Professor Offer Levy was extremely helpful and informative. He knew how to solve my shoulder problem straight away.

Mr Bailey explained the best option for me. As I am young, he recommended a partial knee replacement and I was booked into Winchester hospital after being on the NHS waiting list for nearly a year. Mr Bailey visited me before and after the surgery and left me in the hands of the nurses and physios. I went home the following evening after being looked after very well. I saw the physio team at 2 weeks and 6 weeks post surgery to check how the exercises were going at home. I saw Mr Bailey at 3 months post surgery and he showed me the x-rays and explained again what had been done. Mr Bailey was friendly, professional and put me completely at ease at all times. The surgery has made a real difference to my mobility and I would be very happy for Mr Bailey to do the surgery on my second knee.

I had the pleasure of seeing JGC a few times following injuries to my shoulders from wrestling, including two dislocations to one side. I found his care, knowledge, support and advice to be very professional and helpful too, and would whole heartedly recommend him. Hoping to keep in touch but not in the same circumstances. Following an xray I was treated immediately, it fixed 90% of the problem and relieved the pain. A follow up appointment fixed the remaining minor issue. I was hoping for a miracle and I was very surprised to get one.
