I have known Prof Silber for 10 years and recently visited him at Blackheath Hospital. Once again, I was impressed with the level of care and expertise I received. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. During my consultation, Prof Silber took the time to listen to all of my concerns and symptoms without rushing. It was evident that he genuinely cared. When a glitch in the hospital system canceled my follow-up appointment, he made time and 'squeezed' me into his busy schedule. Jeremy is a very patient and kind man. His sessions always started with a choice; carrying on with our plan or addressing whichever issues I was facing at that moment in time. It's very useful to have a structure to sessions. His video calls always started on time and I never felt like an inconvenience. He has really helped me to contextualise my thoughts and feelings over the past few months.

I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Since the first session I was made welcome and felt like sessions with her are the safe place for me to share my pain and troubles.
