Mr Rajiv Bajekal is simply a life saver! I came to him in a wheelchair and I walked out on my legs. I had sciatica for over 8 months and was let down seriously by NHS at the GP’s Surgery that I have been using for over 20years. I am a Nurse/Midwife and a strong advocate of NHS! When I first came to Doctor Sian, I was in a very bad way with prolapsed discs and chronic pain, as a result this had impacted my mental health to a very dark place. I had lost the ability to live my normal life because of pain and fear. Doctor Sian was the first person to acknowledge my situation properly after years of being treated less well by other Doctors. He explained our options clearly and was always easy to talk to. Over the time I have been seeing him, I have slowly recovered from being in terrible pain, to being in a much better physical state, and my mental health has massively improved. Miss Stana Bojanic is absolutely amazing in very way. She explained the problem and treatment options so clearly, I have never felt so confident in any doctor before! The surgery went perfectly and so did the after care, she phoned me multiple times during my rehab, and answered every question and more. She has given me my life back.

I felt unheard and rushed throughout my initial consultation - Mr Shafafy was cold, and dismissive of issues I felt were relevant. I had the same experience during a follow up appointment and left feeling like i had wasted his time, when i had come to see him about an issue i was very concerned about.

Superb, I'm really pleased with my treatment. I had a pinched nerve which radiated pain down my right arm to my fingertips all day, every day. Dr Reynolds saw me & I was sent to have scans & tests. When the results came back, they confirmed a pinched nerve, along with significant degenerative changes occurring in one particular area of my neck. Dr Reynolds then requested a nerve block to see if that could alleviate the pain, which it did, but ultimately, I needed surgery. I had a complete understanding of why I was having surgery, what was the preferred approach was the (also, what plan b might be) and what the chances of success were. I find Dr Reynolds very professional but personable as well to make sure I understood some of the jargon. The operation was a success, in my opinion, & I am incredibly thankful to Dr Reynolds for the fantastic experience so far.

My daughter & I met Mr Chaudhary for advice. He was excellent & explained in detail regarding operation. He came to talk to my husband & I before & after operation. His anaesthetists also was excellent. Very reassuring.
