Dr. Yeh is is very patient person and tried his best to explain to me what my problem was and what would be the best solution for me. Everything was very clear after my second visit. He was also very professional in terms of what tests need to be done to identify the real problem causing my backpain. After seeing the results, referred me to a very good specialist for physical therapy. He is following up with me on a regular basis to make sure that I am getting better and my treatment goes well. When I first came to Doctor Sian, I was in a very bad way with prolapsed discs and chronic pain, as a result this had impacted my mental health to a very dark place. Over the time I have been seeing him, I have slowly recovered from being in terrible pain, to being in a much better physical state, and my mental health has massively improved. Superb, I'm really pleased with my treatment. I had a pinched nerve which radiated pain down my right arm to my fingertips all day, every day. Dr Reynolds saw me & I was sent to have scans & tests. When the results came back, they confirmed a pinched nerve, along with significant degenerative changes occurring in one particular area of my neck. Dr Reynolds then requested a nerve block to see if that could alleviate the pain, which it did, but ultimately, I needed surgery. I had a complete understanding of why I was having surgery, what was the preferred approach was the (also, what plan b might be) and what the chances of success were. I find Dr Reynolds very professional but personable as well to make sure I understood some of the jargon. The operation was a success, in my opinion, & I am incredibly thankful to Dr Reynolds for the fantastic experience so far.
