Very well looked after , felt very calm staying there

My wait time for surgery was so quick, all the relevant staff prepped me and got me ready for surgery and it was very professional . My nurse was especially kind and the anaesthetist made me laugh which helped ease my nerves.

I felt safe and cared for. I was treated with dignity, kindness and respect. Also I felt the staff support and care. All staff spent time talking with me, explaining procedures. Thank you!

One appointment I had to wait 40 mins - staff shortages. Apart from that appointments were processed promptly
