Helpful and caring front of house staff.

The staff both receptionists and radiographers where all friendly and made me feel relaxed about my MRI. My concerns were listened to and addressed in a professional and empathetic manner. Everything was explained and they made sure I was comfortable before the scan commenced. During the scan, as requested, they gave me updates on progress which helped me to relax. Thank you especially to both the radiographers

Overall experience has been good. I'd only comment that the appointment times are not always punctual. Cleanliness was ok but one toilet needed a clean/tidy up.
